All you need to do is, set the timer in the app, and choose the app you want to stop after that time and choose what to happen after that time, then start the timer, and carry on using your phone.

That’s it, the app will fade out the audio a few seconds before the deadline, and turns off the screen, and stops your battery from draining. If you still want to continue using the phone even after the time limit, you can just shake your phone to extend the usage for some more time.
